TERMS OF SALE
Please read thoroughly.
The Buyer named [on the attached document] (hereinafter “BUYER”) and Core Technologies Inc., agree to the following terms and conditions with respect to the purchase and sale of the products described or referenced [on the attached document] (the “Products”). BUYER, in placing an order or accepting the Products, indicates its agreement with all of the terms and conditions herein.
· PayPal (which is preferred), Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Money orders, and Cashier’s checks are the accepted forms of payment.
· For PayPal payments, we can ONLY ship to CONFIRMED addresses for security purposes.
· For Visa, MasterCard, or American Express payments, we can ONLY ship to either the billing address of the credit card or an APPROVED shipping address that is registered with the credit card. For security purposes, Core Technologies Inc. has to verify that the shipping address is registered with the credit card given for payment. If the alternate shipping address is not registered with the credit card, the BUYER and cardholder must add the alternate shipping address by calling the customer service number on the back of the credit card. Once the alternate shipping address is registered, Core Technologies Inc. should be able to verify the address immediately. For corporate credit cards, adding an alternate shipping address may takes a few days for the shipping address to be registered with the credit card.
· We DO NOT accept personal checks or CODs, sorry.
· Georgia residents, all local customer pick-ups, and all deliveries made within the State of Georgia will pay the required sales tax.
· For PayPal (which is preferred) payments, an email will be sent to notify us when you have paid.
· For Visa, MasterCard, or American Express payments, please contact us with the appropriate information. If the BUYER placed an order through our website, it is not necessary to contact us; your credit card information will be sent to us through our secured website.
· For Money Order or Cashier's Check payments, please notify us to let us know you chose this payment method. For ebay orders, include with your payment the eBay item number, your eBay user ID and/or email ID, and your shipping address. For web orders, include with your payment your web order number, email address, and shipping address. Then, mail the payment to our address posted on the auction or our website. After we receive your payment, please allow at least 4 - 5 business days for verification purposes.
· Please make all Money Orders and/or Cashier's checks payable to Core Technologies, Inc.
· For all ebay purchases, payments must be received 3 business days after auction close. If payment is not received, the item may be re-listed and/or sold without notice.
Cancellation. An order may be cancelled at any time if the items HAVE NOT been shipped. If a cancellation is made after items HAVE shipped, the BUYER will be charged a cancellation fee.
Warranty. All hardware is covered by a 30-day limited warranty unless otherwise stated. The warranty begins on the date of delivery or date of pick up. This warranty is only valid if the hardware is returned in its original packaging, and only covers defective hardware. Warranty is limited to the replacement of defective hardware with equivalent or better equipment. No warranty is offered on any pre-installed software. Warranty does not cover minor cosmetic damage, and is void if the hardware has been misused or abused by the purchaser. Extended Warranty Available!
Product Descriptions and Specifications. Core Technologies Inc. makes no representation regarding, and shall not be responsible for, mistakes, errors, omissions, or incorrect statements of any kind or nature regarding the Products. Core Technologies Inc. makes no representation regarding, and shall not be responsible for, the accuracy of any descriptions or specifications of the Products that may have been provided by the manufacturer or third parties.
Returns & DOA items.
· Non-defective merchandise must be returned within the first 30 days after purchase. All such returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and the BUYER is responsible for return shipping costs.
· It is the responsibility of the BUYER to notify Core Technologies Inc. of DOA or defective items within the warranty period. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery or date of pick up – see Warranty section above.
· For all DOA or defective items, the BUYER must submit a notification or RMA request through our RMA Form. Please completely fill out our RMA request form at http://www.coretechinc.com/support.html. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must accompany all returns. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
· If insurance WAS purchased with the order, Core Technologies Inc. will handle return shipping costs. If insurance WAS NOT purchased, the items will be returned at the BUYER’S expense.
· If the returned item IS found defective by Core Technologies Inc., the item will be replaced with the equivalent or better equipment, and Core Technologies Inc. will pay for the return shipping to the BUYER. If the item cannot be replaced, a refund of the item price ONLY will be refunded; shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.
· If the returned item IS NOT found defective by Core Technologies Inc., the item will be returned to the BUYER at the BUYER'S expense and the BUYER may be charged a $35 technical service fee.
· All replacement orders/shipments are shipped via Ground.
· For credits/refunds, please allow at least 14 business days of processing time after Core Technologies Inc. receives returned items.
· We recommend insured shipments.
Note: We cannot control how the package is handled once it leaves our possession, so any items damaged during shipping can be returned for a replacement, if it cannot be replaced, a refund of the item price ONLY will be refunded. Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable. If the BUYER finds extreme physical damage to the shipment at the time of delivery, please refuse the shipment with the delivery carrier and contact Core Technologies Inc. immediately of the refusal of delivery. Core Technologies Inc. will do everything possible to ship the replacement items of the damage shipment in a timely manner. We recommend insured shipments.
Shipments. Core Technologies Inc. will do everything possible to ship items within 2 - 3 business days after payment is received during our normal business hours, unless otherwise requested. Due to large volume orders, shipment of items may take longer than expected. All items are shipped via UPS Ground, unless shipping upgrades are made. Shipping upgrades are available for an additional fee; please contact us for a quote. If shipping charges are not listed, please contact us. If an item is too large or heavy to ship via UPS, then a freight carrier will be used. Please refer back to your ebay auction posting or your web order for standard shipping charges for delivery in the continental United States. We recommend insured shipments. Sorry, we are unable to ship outside the Continental U.S., to all PO Boxes, and to all APO/FPO addresses. For all local customer pick-ups and all deliveries made within the State of Georgia, Core Technologies Inc. is required by law to collect sales tax.
Intellectual Property Rights. Core Technologies Inc. does not sell licenses to use the Products. BUYER is responsible for obtaining any required licenses from the applicable manufacturer(s). BUYER agrees that it will defend and hold Core Technologies Inc. harmless from and against any claims and resulting damages or losses that result from BUYER’S failure to obtain any such required licenses.
